SEACAB is an acronym for "Southeastern Arizona Clean and Beautiful.
 | SEACAB is a grass roots organization whose purpose is to clean up
and stop intentional and unintentional litter in our community |
| SEACAB is a Voluntary Group of concerned citizens who are creating
an awareness of and prevention of litter through a community effort to
clean up our current litter and to develop a community based educational
program |
| SEACAB supports enforcement of current rules, laws and regulations
against public litter |
| SEACAB has the backing of the statewide group known as "ACB" an
acronym for "Arizona Clean and Beautiful" through our affiliate chapter
known as SEACAB |
| SEACAB's Board of Directors will sponsor community group
efforts to clean up "ILLEGAL" dump sites as well as roadside litter on
both public and private land. The Board of Directors will seek
landowner permission where the landowner is not directly responsible for
dumping or litter on his or her property |
| SEACAB encourages local individuals, groups and businesses to join
ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY programs close to their points of interest. To
this end SEACAB provides applications from the Arizona Department of
Transportation, Graham County, the City of Safford and the City of
Thatcher on this website and by mail or email request. |
| SEACAB believes that by working together as a community we will be
able to stop the litter and improve the beauty of our southeastern
Arizona.
