Hi all:

There will be a community cleanup effort on the 15th & 16th of November 03 headed up by Jay Rasco.

It will take place from approximately 8 AM both mornings till whenever on the 15th & 16th at milepost markers 135 to 136 on Hwy191 north of US Hwy 70 going toward Morenci. That section is about four miles North of the turn off to Morenci on Hwy 70.

I do need the names of those who will be participating to add to the list of participants for ADOT so let me know no later than Wed the 12th of Nov. so I can get your names on the list of participants.

I will have trash bags for the group. Bring trash pick up tools if you have them along with gloves.

Bring water and lunch and get to know your neighbors who care about the litter problem as much as you do

I would also like to do some  pruning of the brush along that section of 191 to make it look as attractive as possible in the hopes of discouraging those who litter along that section of road, so if you want to bring your pruning equipment along with, Rakes, Hoes, Shovels or other tools so we can GROOM the area so people will see that we have pride in making our roadways the most attractive and the cleanest in the state bring them along. We should have some members of the Graham County Master Gardeners Association there working with us as well..

ALL ARE WELCOME AND ALL ARE NEEDED.

We would like to do a community effort once a month at some location so if any knows of some particularly NEEDY place please let us know so we can plan to clean it up.

I WILL BE THERE. SEE YOU THERE.
